Our 2012 Featured Car is this elegant 1932 Chevrolet 5-window Coupe owned by Bill and Kathy Grieve.   This 32 Chevy coupe was purchased in pieces in 1981 and it took a year of reconstruction before it was on the road.  The car has a 350 Chevrolet Corvette engine, 350 Chevrolet transmission, and a Chevrolet Corvair front end.  The car was painted by George Cantrell in a "desert tan" color and the upholstery work was done by Leon Jones.  Bill and Kathy joined the Modesto Area Street Rod Association in 1982 and they said they have many wonderful memories of their beautiful 32 Chevy in many car shows they have attended over the years as well as the many friends they have made along the way.
